EPAC v0.1.0 packages the independent EPAC construction and evidence-replay interfaces under MPL-2.0. The full source distribution, license, pinned UCNS dependency, release manifest, and SHA-256 checksums are included.
The published bytes were built twice with the qualified CPython 3.11.15 toolchain and reproduced under umasks 022 and 077. Those same wheel and source-distribution bytes passed 209 tests in each of six clean installations on Python 3.10, 3.11, and 3.12. Stack verified the exact candidate before publication through Public Gonol construction/replay, all nine declared molecules, and helium replay.

The 14 comparison standings remain FALSIFIED. This release establishes checked software packaging and replay behavior. It transfers no empirical, theorem, proof, measurement, semantic, or upstream-license standing. Stack graduation is a separate public reconsumption and scoped authority-transition record; qualification-time source records are preserved in these immutable bytes.
To inspect and install, download all four release assets, run sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS, and follow the complete installation and replay commands in the included README. The pinned source distribution contains uv.lock, the replay bootstrap requirements, and tools/replay_distributions.sh. Use a new clean environment.
