Ships the pubskill inspect/examine CLI with a packaged canonical source pin and reproducible wheel/source artifacts.

Source commit: 0c305f049ed238de95fe516df6734f1dbee09a08. Canonical skill-lib: 8de4f12d0f31ff94f41e4a0196c447c0cbe20faf. The attached manifest records the exact Git tree, build-tool versions, build interpreter, enforced zlib 1.3.1 compile/runtime identity, commit timestamp, and artifact hashes.

Qualification: two independent builds produced byte-identical wheel, sdist, manifest, and checksum files. Both artifacts passed all 75 tests in separate clean environments on Python 3.11 and 3.12. The neglected fixture produced three expected findings; the real stack consumer audit produced zero findings. Scientific, theorem, and whole-repository health standing are outside these checks.

Download all four assets, run sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS, and install the verified wheel. Reproduction instructions are in README at the recorded source commit. Source application requires Linux metadata support and retains original inodes; unsupported shell contexts and source mutations remain explicit hmmm.
