PDK Insertion in the flow

Hi ,
Do OpenRoad flow allow user to insert any PDK or any comertial PDK in the flow? I mean is there any issues if a user insert PDK locally in the openRoad flow and use it to implement a design ?

You are free to use any PDK locally.
