You do NOT need to download this. FFmpeg is bundled inside charlotte.exe by default. This is a dev tool release.

Custom FFmpeg build using media-autobuild_suite and parameters from ffmpeg_options.txt.

I manually update this FFmpeg build from time to time to update its internal packages. This release will always be up-to-date.
