Agree a way of managing and tracking attendance and sign ups

This also brings me to questions about managing registration. Any thoughts @yiwen-h? Is there a model we can steal from the RAP sessions?

@eleanor-jones is handling the registration/signup for the RAP sessions - I think we're using Microsoft Forms?

Okay good to know - might ask if we can steal the same form content for this. @eleanor-jones are you also managing sending the session links out?

Hi Lucy! Good idea to share content. We are initially using an MS Form to sense check coding/RAP capabilities within ICB intelligence functions, then asking each ICB to nominate one person to attend - which may also be done via MS Form. I will also be sending session links but haven't thought about the format for that yet! Happy to link up as we get further with planning

Ah sorry this is slightly different - I'm not thinking about the Simulation course here but the ReModel club @yiwen-h what do you use to get people to register for RAP drop in sessions currently?

RAP drop ins don't require any signup at all :) I use MS Forms for RAP Buddies but do not maintain any attendance register for that

I think we'll go for an MS Form for registering for each cycle then so one registration leads to an invite to session 1 and 2 for a cycle, and we can just track attendance in session. @heather-humphreys can you look into this? The form should have a short description of the model and aims for each session in the cycle so you can do this when we've agreed on the copy for the website I think
