Breaking

• Default TSV observations append id_reusable and selector recovery columns. Scripts that
  require the original three columns should request --fields id,text,clickable explicitly.

Fixed

• Explicit running timer/progress labels and native clock widgets no longer invalidate an
  otherwise unchanged sibling control handle. Dialog subjects and item identities stay strict.
• Indistinguishable controls expose id_reusable: false and an explicit current-screen selector,
  including an index where needed. Missing-handle observations also offer selectors, so agents
  can recover without repeatedly requesting unusable IDs.
• Failed emulator startup waits for its owned process to exit and escalates when it ignores
  termination. Ownership records and the console-port reservation remain until exit is confirmed.
