Bug Fixes

  • fix(oci): return 404 instead of 400 for MANIFEST_UNKNOWN — HEAD/GET on a non-existent tag or manifest digest was returning 400 Bad Request instead of the 404 Not Found required by the OCI Distribution Spec.
