3.0.3  app-side update

Bannerlator 3.0.3

Run Windows apps and games on Android — no PC and no root required.

3.0.3 is a controls-focused update on top of 3.0.2 — a redesigned Input Controls screen that keeps your on-screen touch controls and your physical controllers as separate profile lanes, a visual Test & Bind tool for real pads, live layout previews, and opt-in microphone support for in-game voice — plus Steam, graphics and UI fixes. As always the update is entirely app-side — no ImageFS reinstall — so your containers, Wine installs, themes, accent colour and per-game settings all carry over untouched. Install straight over 3.0.2.

What's New — everything since 3.0.2

🎮 Input Controls, redesigned

  • On-screen and physical controllers now have separate profile lanes. Your touch overlay and your real controller's button mapping are chosen independently — set a touch layout for the screen and a completely different mapping for the pad, and they run side by side without fighting each other.
  • Redesigned, tabbed settings screen — the old single long scroll is now a pinned profile bar over four focused tabs: On-Screen · Controller · Assign · Device. Profile badges show at a glance whether a profile carries a touch layout, controller bindings, or both.
  • Visual Test & Bind for physical controllers — an accurate picture of your pad that lights up as you press each button, stick and trigger; tap any button to remap it, and confirm every input registers. Available from Settings and in-game (renamed "Physical Controller Test / Bind").
  • Live on-screen layout preview — selecting a touch profile shows its actual overlay right in the settings screen; tap it to jump straight into the editor.
  • Per-pad battery level and a test-rumble button for each connected controller.
  • Reliability fixes so D-pad and stick remaps take effect immediately and binding edits apply without a manual Reset Input.

🎙️ Microphone support — DirectAudio (new — off by default)

  • Opt-in in-game microphone capture through DirectAudio, so games and apps that use voice (party chat, push-to-talk, voice commands) can hear your mic. Enable it per container or per game — it's off by default, so nothing changes unless you turn it on.

🧰 Launch & updates

  • Verify / Check-for-updates row on the launch popup for Steam games — check whether a game is up to date and update it on demand, without anything being applied automatically.
  • The launch menu now fits and scrolls cleanly in landscape, with the Launch button kept pinned.

🏪 Steam & downloads

  • Cancel & delete for a wedged Steam download — a guaranteed reset that clears a stuck download so you can start clean.
  • Security: Steam credentials are now scrubbed from Community Config export, details and apply, so a shared config can't leak your sign-in.

🎞️ Graphics

  • Frame-generation capture fix (256 MB shard sizing) for the Win-FG pipeline.

🖥️ Components & UI

  • Content packs only in the component browser — cleaner browsing that hides bare archives (GPU Drivers and release-tagged items excepted).
  • WIN Components screen refined for landscape — GPU Drivers promoted to their own category with a single install path, a wide two-column download-speed dialog, and a more compact layout.
  • Games grid tile sizing fixed in landscape.
