Fixed many issues with modlets not downloading
Re-implemented the Manage Modlets screen completely.
Added 7zip to provide more reliable extracting of modlets.
Implemented version checks for potentially out of date modlets
Implemented a Nexus modlet feature - Nexus Premium Users only. Requires an API key.
