First release of AutoTyper. It types code and writing into any app on Windows, one keystroke at a time, with human pacing, typos and fixes.

Get AutoTyper-Setup-1.0.0.exe below and run it. Works on Windows 10 and 11.

The installer isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may warn you. Click More info, then Run anyway.

What's in it

AutoCoder writes code from a description, or takes code you paste, and types it into VS Code, Cursor, JetBrains IDEs, Notepad++ and other editors. It copies and edits similar blocks, leaves TODOs and comes back to them, rewrites lines, and undoes auto-closing brackets and auto-indent so the file comes out exactly right.

AutoWriter does the same for Word, Google Docs, Notepad and OneNote. It scores your text, highlights phrases that read as AI-written, and can fix them offline or rewrite them with your AI.

Other things you get:

  • Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, OpenRouter (sign in, no key needed) or a free local model with Ollama. Keys are checked before saving and stored encrypted.
  • Typing only starts after you confirm the target window. It pauses if focus moves or you touch the keyboard.
  • Stop from anywhere with Ctrl+Alt+Esc. Your clipboard gets restored afterwards.
  • Optional setting to keep AutoTyper's own windows out of screen shares and recordings.
