ZDT (Not to be confused with Zhongwen Development Tool) is a graphics file format used by TECH Win, or at least that’s all that’s ever been said about it on Wikipedia. Beyond that, knowledge of how exactly it works is highly elusive, and will likely require reverse engineering the software that uses this format.
