What's in 0.1.2

A patch release on the release/v0.1 maintenance line. v0.2.2 is still the latest release.

Behavior changes (#193): requests that the engine used to resolve silently are now refused with an error.

• Pins are refused. Both execution entry points (stdin and run-compiled) reject a top-level pins field, including pins: null and pins: []. The error reads "this engine line (release/v0.1) does not support pins". Other unknown request fields are still accepted.
• Conflicting inputs are refused. Two input records with the same canonical name, entity and start date but different values return an ambiguous input error. Equal duplicates are still accepted.
• Fast mode follows explain's precedence. Among records that cover the whole query period, the latest start wins in both modes, whatever the record order.

Release build (#225, which backports #128 from main):

• Each build runner checksum-verifies its cargo-dist download.
• Each published .sha256 file holds exactly one line.
• This release is not marked Latest.
