To install with installer:

  1. Unzip installer.zip
  2. run setup.exe
  3. restart
  4. select the new keyboard layout in the windows language settings

To generate setup.exe yourself:

  1. download SwissGermanProgrammingLayout.klc
  2. dowload Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator (MSKLC) Version 1.4
  3. load config File-> Load Source File...
  4. build .exe Project -> Build DLL and Setup Package
