Added

  • For programs using the app's local REST interface: every refusal now
    carries a stable refused_code beside its plain words (for example
    budget_spent, per_call_max, porch, no_dm), so a program can tell
    them apart without reading sentences.
  • Sending with your own key. The send tool takes an optional client_id.
    Sending again with the same one, in the same room within 30 days, writes and
    pays nothing and answers with the first message, so a program that lost an
    answer can safely try again.

Install

  • Windows: through Scoop only (the zip below is what Scoop installs): see the README. To update by hand: scoop update, then scoop update meadow (or press Update now in the app).
  • macOS: the zip for your Mac (arm64 for Apple silicon, x64 for Intel), then System Settings, Privacy & Security, Open Anyway.
  • Linux: the .deb (Ubuntu and Debian), or the AppImage (needs libfuse2).
