0.3.1

@DanielRomanMartinez DanielRomanMartinez released this 06 Oct 12:04

Passes the plugins.qgis.org security scan.

  • All web requests go only through the QGIS network stack (QgsBlockingNetworkRequest), so your QGIS proxy and SSL settings always apply. The unused Python urllib fallback was removed (Bandit B310).
  • The setting that holds the API key was renamed internally (detect-secrets KeywordDetector). It is still saved in the same place, so an existing key keeps working and you do not need to enter it again.
  • Still QGIS 3.22 to 4.x.

Parcel GPS 0.3.0

@DanielRomanMartinez DanielRomanMartinez released this 06 Oct 11:10

Results look good out of the box.

  • Basemap under the parcels when the project has none: satellite (Esri World Imagery, default), OpenStreetMap or none, chosen in the new Map box and remembered. Attribution in the layer metadata and the panel.
  • The map switches to EPSG:3857 and frames the parcel with a 30% margin.
  • Parcel style: translucent brand-blue fill, strong outline with a light halo, labels with the reference and the area (m² or ha) legible over imagery.
  • The panel shows the reference, municipality, area and centroid of the parcel.
  • Spain: optional overlay of the official Catastro INSPIRE WMS (CP.CadastralParcel), off by default.
  • Still QGIS 3.22 to 4.x.

v0.2.0 — QGIS 4 ready

@DanielRomanMartinez DanielRomanMartinez released this 06 Oct 10:51

QGIS 4 (Qt6) support. Still works on QGIS 3.22 and later.

  • Fully scoped Qt/QGIS enums (official QGIS 4 migration).
  • qgisMaximumVersion=4.99.
  • Tested inside QGIS 4.2.3 (Qt 6.11): plugin loads, dock, results layer, save to GeoPackage, map pick, and the real API's rejected-key path.

Install: Plugins → Manage and Install Plugins → Install from ZIP → parcel_gps-0.2.0.zip. You need a Parcel GPS API key: https://www.parcelgps.com/developers

Parcel GPS 0.1.0

@DanielRomanMartinez DanielRomanMartinez released this 06 Oct 09:50

First release of the Parcel GPS plugin for QGIS (3.22 or later).

  • Official cadastral parcels of 29 European countries as polygons: by cadastral reference, by clicking on the map, or in batch from a table.
  • One "Parcel GPS" memory layer (EPSG:4326) with reference, country, area, municipality, province, address, centroid and source.
  • Batch runs in the background with progress and cancel; per-minute rate limits (429) are waited out, an exhausted quota stops the run cleanly.
  • Clear messages for a bad key, quota, coverage and ambiguous references.
  • English, Spanish, French, German and Italian.

Needs a Parcel GPS API key: the free plan gives 250 requests a month. Get one at https://www.parcelgps.com/developers

Install: Plugins > Manage and Install Plugins > Install from ZIP, and pick parcel_gps-0.1.0.zip.
