small code updates, some logic fixes, klobber karnage sucks

Changes

  • Updated Lost World Rock item placement code so it sucks less
  • Changed some rules to use macros, macros can be used with UT's /explain
  • Trivia error message updated to tell the player they're missing the trivia apworld more clearly
  • Updated loose logic
    • Everything about Klobber Karnage
    • KONG and Clear in Krockhead Klamber no longer require Kannons
    • Banana Coin 1 & 2 in Web Woods can require Cartwheel to reach
    • Green Balloon 1 in Web Woods uses the expert logic
  • Updated expert logic
    • Mainbrace Mayhem Bonus 1 & Banana Bunch 1 no longer requires Hover or Cartwheel when using Diddy
    • Banana Coin 1 & 2 in Web Woods uses loose logic
