This is a command users can use to try stop other people from pinging them
Features:
- Sends a message telling the user that the user they pinged does not want to be pinged
To do:
- Add a warn system
Usage:
- /allow-pings views your current ping status
- /allow-pings boolean:True/False set your ping status
