THAW APworld V0.0.4 (Small logic fixes)
- Fixes the regions for the "Big Lip", "Overpass Air", and "Pyramid Drop" gaps so it expects you to have entered the part of the story when you can remove the cars from the freeway before they're in logic, so that you can do those gaps.
THAW APworld V0.0.3 (Downtown/Deathlink Update)
Compatible with the new client update, this apworld adds:
- All gaps, missions, and buyables from the first entry to the skate ranch up to entering Vans Park through Downtown and winning the skate competition, which is a new goal option.
- Deathlink, as well as a yaml option for how many bails trigger sending it.
- New yaml options shopsanity, progressive wallet, and whether to include your skateboard itself as an item in the pool.
- New client features like debug logging for easier bugfixing/troubleshooting, a new "/unstuck" command, a rewritten mission tracker, as well as a text file list of every item name included for easier hinting.
Make sure you also grab the newly updated V0.0.3 client, as its required to use the new features.
THAW APworld V0.0.2 (Beverly Hills Update)
Compatible with the new client update, this apworld adds:
- Beverly Hills gaps, buyables, missions, etc. including a new bus access item that lets you take the bus to areas early upon receiving it.
- New goal (Get to the Skate Ranch)
- "Tricks 4 Cash", an optional system where you can get paid money for high-scoring successful tricks, toggleable in the yaml.
This APworld also has several fixes that should speedup generation and fix how it handles filler items so it doesn't make more items than it has locations. I would consider it much more stable and it plays much better with other worlds so to speak.
Make sure you also grab the newly updated V0.0.2 client, as its required to use the new features.
THAW APworld V0.0.1 (Hollywood Only)
The APworld only contains Hollywood regions and locations at the moment, but it should be simple enough to scale towards the full game or close to it. I'm still slowly working on the client atm (I'm new to coding as a whole), but I'm hopeful and committed to delivering on the project's premise.
