v0.1.10 - ESM Bundling Fix

Fixes

• Fixed TypeError: Cannot call a class constructor without |new|
  • Replaced all require() calls with proper ESM imports
  • Removed __require shim from bundled output
  • Proper imports for fs, path, and @opencode-ai/plugin

Upgrades

• Upgraded to openai v6 (from v4)
• Upgraded to vitest v4 (from v2)
• Updated test mocks to use vitest v4 class syntax
