Version 2.0.4 for Minecraft 1.20.1

Changes:

• Fixed waypoints not being removed if player left while their waypoint was not being displayed
• Fixed invisible players causing notifications and displaying incorrect info
• Fixed settings not properly loading if two server IPs shared the same Dynmap URL
• Fixed warnings in log when used on server without configured Dynmap
• Added warning message to commands when used while mod not enabled
• Updated dependencies to rely on proper versions

Tested to work with Minecraft 1.20.1 only.
May contain bugs as I can only test with a limited number of Dynmap, Minecraft server, and internet connection configurations.
