Version 2.0.9 for Minecraft 1.20.2

Fixes tablist dimension indicators being shown even if mod not active on server.
Changed command error messages to indicate if mod is disabled or not configured for current server.

Tested to work with Minecraft 1.20.2 only.
May contain bugs as I can only test with a limited number of Dynmap, Minecraft server, and internet connection configurations.

Make sure to follow the setup instructions in the readme!
