🐛 Fixes

• Plugin Collections no longer show plugins as "Not Installed" after the plugin store was shared. Each collection's plugin IDs are now re-linked automatically at launch, matching by plugin name. The enabled/disabled state of every plugin is preserved.
• dalamudConfig.json is only rewritten when something actually changed (a .mxl.bak backup is made first).
