Bug Fixes

This release fixes critical StringIndexOutOfBoundsException crashes related to text field handling:

Fixed Issues

  • Fixed tab export crash: Resolved crash when exporting tabs with long JSON content

    • Previously crashed with StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: Range [231, 12) out of bounds for length 12
    • Text field now properly initialized before setting long content

  • Fixed regex pattern input validation: Resolved issues with long regex patterns in match entries

    • Removed artificial 12-character limit on pattern input fields
    • Set maxLength to 64000 to support complex regex patterns
    • Added permissive validator to prevent 'Invalid Length' tooltips

Technical Details

All text fields now properly configured by:

  1. Creating TextFieldWrapper before setting text content
  2. Applying maxLength configuration after wrapper creation
  3. Using permissive validators for flexible input
