Mostly just a compatibility fix for 0.6.3, option_definitions was deprecated but we rode it out as long as we could.

Should also prevent Bambino Bomb/Castle Key 1+2 from being locked behind themselves (hopefully)

BE SURE TO USE BIZHAWK WITH THE SNES9X CORE!!!

BE SURE "INCLUDE CULEX" IS SET TO TRUE IN YOUR YAML SETTING FOR NOW!!!
There seems to be a bug with Star Pieces still being placed there when set to false which can result in unbeatable seeds.
