I Am Adding a New Code Snippet in an Existing Language

• I fixed Add Sleep Sort in Awk #4663
• I did not include any extra folders/libraries
• I named the pull request using Add {PROJECT} in {LANGUAGE} format

Notes

I re-ran the Glotter workflow 10 times since we've had problems with Sleep Sort before, and it passed every time.
