I Am Adding a New Code Snippet in an Existing Language

• I fixed Add Quine in ALGOL 60 #5374
• I did not include any extra folders/libraries
• I named the pull request using Add {PROJECT} in {LANGUAGE} format

Other Notes

This was one of the more difficult quines that I had even implemented. ALGOL 60's lack of any type of string functions make this extremely difficult.
