Highlights

  • Local tailnet provider: keyless 'local' lane in the generic provider registry (aliases: local, bonsai) — run models from your own boxes over the tailnet with /model local. Loopback by default; auto_route off so it never silently re-homes.
  • Boot fix: duplicated _register_native_vault_group def dropped (Discord adapter boot crash).
  • Sanitizer hardening: crypto-tab surfaces + GEO-knowledge manuals denied from public export.
  • Housekeeping: export regenerated from clean committed master, dropping WIP content that leaked into the previous export (reviewed + preserved privately, intentionally not shipped).

Includes everything from v1.11.0 (session-start briefing fix, OpenRouter GLM/DeepSeek lane, Free-selection hardening, dashboard v2 route inventory).
