This will exempt anybody who was once joined into the round, this means people who were assigned at round start or latejoined. even if they died, got gibbed, suicided, or ghosted. This does not exempt people who observed from lobby.
Fixes some busted icon_states that had broken the faces on a few more
obscure dice. At some point a dash was introduced to the provided
icon_state for dice, but for a few dice the dmi icon_state was kept in
the old system and silently broke.

Adds bad back quirk (makes bags give you a bad mood)

Forgot to log keys as well. Also noticed that cloning was writing the
occupant's mind ref to the field "mind" on the record instead of
"mindref". Corrected that.

Emagging a cloning pod will now leave fingerprints.
Ejecting someone while they're being cloned will now leave fingerprints.

Also removes /obj/item/areaeditor/proc/get_area(), which works the same as /proc/get_area() except doesn't take an argument.

Why It's Good For The Game

It's #2 most called proc some rounds, top #10 always.

Does the same thing as my last attempted PR but only the bridge decals part of it: tgstation#49949

Attempts once again to make the Boxstation bridge much better looking. Only one thing should be different from the last batch of screenshots. I added two more blue decal squares outside the doors leading to the bridge.
