Fixes manual crafting speed configuration so each selected multiplier from 1x through 20x is applied correctly. Speed selection now uses whole numbers only. High multipliers can complete multiple crafting cycles per tick while exact-quantity limits remain enforced. Also prevents the affordable maximum from rewriting the selected quantity while crafting.
