Release notes:
Updated text on Current Weather page to allow for better readability
Updated wind icon so it changes with the actual wind speed.
Updated Register Page Based on Login page and Updated Logout page (Updated formatting)
Updated Register Page to include Zip Code
Created a test database for lab 11 that tests Register and Login
Fixed the Login, Logout, and Register pages to remove the nav bar.
Tied Individual location to the weather at that place. Weather at a location is connected to the closest weather station.
