Debloated old VS Code setup

• I did deleted some extension packages like for LaTeX and for Docker.

• Also deleted doubled extension packages for the same purpose.

More extensions! Now it Include NextJS, TS, JS, React, Python(3), C++ and Docker and two popular themes.

At this time this include only basic functions and autocompletions for PHP and HTML.
It's tested on the OS Linux Mint Cinnamon 21.1 within the VS Code version 1.76.2.

It would be very nice if you help me with new ideas for another extensions or autocompletions.
