What changed

  • Added the international generic_entity provider for compatible Home Assistant tide sensors.
  • Added visual-editor controls for entity time handling, named time zones, and manual time and height offsets.
  • Added international examples and regression coverage for prediction formats, units, UTC handling, and invalid dates.
  • Confirmed MIT licensing with no separate commercial-use restrictions.
  • Removed the stale US-only HACS country restriction because TideWise now supports NOAA, CHS/DFO, UKHO, and compatible international tide entities.

Validation

  • HACS validation passed without ignored checks.
  • JavaScript syntax validation and the generic-entity regression suite passed.

Installation

HACS users can install or update from this GitHub release. Manual installations should use the attached tidewise-card.js asset.
