PRE-RELEASE

First version of the LMenus plugin.

• /lm create [title] - lmenus.admin.create
  Opens up a GUI editor of specified size for user to insert items into. Closing GUI creates the Menu with the items inside.

• /lm edit - lmenus.admin.edit
  Edit the specified menu.

• /lm retitle [title] - lmenus.admin.retitle
  Retitle the specified menu.

• /lm remove - lmenus.admin.remove
  Remove the specified menu.

• /lm reload - lmenus.admin.reload
  Reload config and all menus.

• /lm info - lmenus.use.info
  View details about a specific menu.

• /lm open - lmenus.use.open
  Open and view specified menu.

• /lm list - lmenus.use.list
  Lists out all loaded menus.

• /lm help - lmenus.use.help
  Lists out all commands player has permission for.
