Performance improvements.

  • use FixedBitSet for IDTree and propagate into NodeRouter
  • Use RapidHash inner for bridge/cycle hashing
  • Reshape loop structure for find_replacement_edge
  • reduce usage of IntSet/IntMap for collections not needing membership testing
