Most importantly:

• Did you encounter an unexpected error?
• Did one of the package's functions return nonsensical results?

And also:

• Did you encounter an undecipherable error message? (the kind that doesn't help finding where the mistake is)
• How can the plots be improved? What graphical options should be added to the plotting functions?
• Can the vignette or documentation be improved to help new users?
• Were you unable to reproduce an example provided in the vignette or the documentation?
