OpenVideo v0.1.1

The macOS builds are signed with a Developer ID certificate and notarized by Apple, so they open normally. The Windows builds are unsigned, so SmartScreen warns on first run: choose More info, then Run anyway. The Linux builds are unsigned, which is normal for AppImage and deb.
