What's new

• waas_application_quota tool — reports 10/week cap, used/remaining, and applications this week (from /api/conversations)
• weeklyQuota on waas_search, waas_inspect_application, and waas_submit_application responses
• applicationType: weekly_limit_reached + applyBlocked: true when cap is hit
• Submit blocked when at limit; Apply modal limit text detected when probing UI
• Optional WAAS_QUOTA_PATH env var to merge manual tracker JSON

Upgrade (Claude Desktop)

1. Download waas-mcp.mcpb from this release
2. Remove old WaaS extension → install new bundle
3. Cmd+Q quit Claude and reopen
