Release Notes - Version 1.5

Overview

The To-Do List App, Version 1.5, introduces several new features and improvements to enhance your task management experience.

  • Task Priorities: Now you can set priorities for your tasks, helping you focus on what matters most.
  • Database Support: The app now utilizes a database (listOfTasks.db) for persistent task storage.

Enhancements

  • User Interface: The user interface has been refined for a more intuitive and enjoyable user experience.
  • Bug Fixes: Addressed minor bugs and improved overall stability.

How to Upgrade

To upgrade to Version 1.5, follow these steps:

  1. Download the latest release from GitHub.
  2. Extract the files to your desired location.
  3. Run the application by executing python todo_app.py in the terminal.

Important Notes

  • If you're upgrading from a previous version, please be aware that the app now uses a database (listOfTasks.db). If you encounter any issues related to task storage, consider deleting the existing listOfTasks.db file and restarting the application.
