Changed

• Web scanner matches the mobile HUD
  • Glass display with a tag-colored backlight, annunciator flags (LIVE, SCAN, RX, HOLD SYS, HOLD TG, PAUSE), a signal meter, and the system, tag, TGID, and unit lines.
  • While the live feed is searching, the display walks each enabled talkgroup. A segmented sweep bar runs left to right, the same direction as the phone.
  • The keypad uses the same glass keys as the mobile scanner.
• Audio conversion is plain AAC
  • Admin → Options offers Disabled or Enabled. The normalization modes and the voice-filter chain are gone. Incoming audio is stored as AAC m4a. Dispatch tones are still removed before transcription.
  • The transcription audio-enhancement toggle is removed. Audio is no longer denoised or compressed with ffmpeg before speech-to-text.
• Web fonts are self-hosted
  • The scanner no longer loads fonts from a third party, and the unused Stripe.js script tag is gone.

Fixed

• Expired admin session away from localhost
  • A stale admin token now returns 401 instead of 403, so the mobile app can send the admin back through sign-in.
