Added

• Hidden channels
  • New Hidden toggle on each talkgroup in the admin. A hidden talkgroup is removed from the channel list users see (live feed, channel selection, available channels) and new calls for it are dropped at ingest.
  • The talkgroup itself stays in the database, so every existing call, transcript and alert for it is kept. Deleting a talkgroup removes all of those, so use Hidden to retire a channel, for example one that has gone encrypted.
  • Turn the toggle off to bring the channel back.
