[1.2] 🧐 Improved Repeated Task Detection

• Still as in version 1.1.0, detects when a task has a base type that doesn't inherently repeat, but has a secondary "reptition" property.
  • But now properly detects "retired" tasks that will never run again and ignores them
• Shows more fine grained info about "Daily" tasks which might actually repeat every several days
• Now also shows reptition intervals in addition to standard types, so you'll know for example, if the trigger is "Daily" but then also repeats every hour (which is what Google Chrome updater does)

Minor Tweaks

• Now rounds time frames to one decimal instead of saying Every 1.555 hours for example
• Removed arbitrary 26 hour max limit on showing repeating triggers. Now just shows you anything actively repeating and you can decide.
• Changed notification message box to use an info icon instead of warning to be less dramatic. Still has the yellow bar for attention.
