[1.3] 😤 New Feature - Now detects many COM handler actions

• Can now detect many types of custom actions that are Com Handlers, like those that call functions in DLLs.

Example of all the new tasks detected on my machine after this update

(They seem to all be for Windows itself but still)

• Add support for "AppID" and "LocalServer32" type COM Handlers in scheduled tasks
• Add "Copy Detals" context menu option
• Now shows additional info in Details menu for COM handlers, including associated registry keys
