Static binaries, no cgo. Unpack and run:

tar xzf golem_v0.41.3_linux_amd64.tar.gz
./golem_v0.41.3_linux_amd64/golem-cli -model your-model.gguf -p 'hello'

Each archive holds golem-cli, golem-server, pocket-tts and golemquant.
Verify with sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS.

Weights are not shipped here. Any GGUF of a supported architecture works;
the README says which.
