The version for CXBX is still unusable even 4 years later and doesn't seem like it will be any time soon. Double Agent is fully playable on Xemu and has been for years now, the only remaining major issues are a green bar appearing on the edges of the screen and the resolution scale not working, other than that it's near perfect. Feels like a waste to only support CXBX when a playable Xbox version exists.
