Runflare Proxy v1.2.0 — 443 VLESS tunnel

Adds an optional VLESS-over-WebSocket/TLS tunnel on port 443 through the existing panel domain. The SOCKS5 proxy, admin panel, and socks:// share link are unchanged.

• Panel now shows a second vless:// link for v2rayN.
• New optional env vars: VLESS_UUID and PUBLIC_VLESS_ENDPOINT.
• The 443 tunnel requires the panel domain to be HTTPS and its ingress to forward WebSocket upgrades for /ws.
• Disable Mux for the runflare-443 server if the tunnel connects but pages do not load.
• Download relay-control.zip, not GitHub's source archive.

Panel redesign and v2rayN import support.

• New JetBrains Mono control panel with an animated signal-path UI, clearer traffic readouts, and a connection-slot meter.
• The endpoint box now generates a v2rayN-compatible share link: socks://...@host:port#runflare, with the proxy credentials embedded.
• One-click copy works over HTTP as well as HTTPS.
• Updated README with v2rayN import steps.
• Rebuilt relay-control.zip from the repository tree so the Dockerfile and public/ stay at the ZIP root.

Download relay-control.zip below and upload it to Runflare. The panel version is now v1.1.0.
