  • Extended 'ILRA.removesmalls.pl' to also offer the computation of Q1 and Q3 of the length of the contigs, so a more informed decision may be made to discard small contigs.
  • Made more robust the filtering of smaller contigs in the step 1 (i.e. deal with input fasta initially multiline)
