Alpha 0.1.8

• Fixed remaining centipede texture references in Senpou monk effects, targeting the reported vomit particles.
• Reused the blood/splash texture selected for the previous grab-attack fix.
• Preserved effect timing, movement and structure without deleting components.
• Updated the title-menu version label to alpha 0.1.8.
• Preserved all previous model and scenery changes.
  Validation: All 29 packaged files were verified. The new vomit-particle correction still needs in-game confirmation.
  This is a complete release; previous versions are not required.
