Swift-JSON 1.6.1
Maintenance of the eight-library 1.6 line. This edition reconciles public
documentation and source authority, updates CLI metadata to 1.6.1, and enables
automatic Native/Linux qualification on release/1.6. The public API and runtime
semantics are unchanged. JSONInspection remains on unreleased 1.7.0-dev main.

DocC catalogs, deterministic Git-free source, qualification evidence and SHA-256
checksums. Native and both ARM64/x86_64 Linux behavior/safety checks passed on
this exact admitted maintenance source. Root dependencies remain empty.
Swift tools/compiler 6.4+, language mode 6 and Apple OS/SDK 27+ remain required.
Existing SDK/WASI and device evidence retains its original scope. The historical
build-planning crash and its successful unchanged-source requalification remain
recorded; no causal repair is claimed. The approximately +11% streaming comparison
retains its reviewed disposition under the unchanged 10% trigger; no new controlled
performance or RSS claim is made. Original code remains Apache-2.0 with upstream
notices retained.
Qualification-1.6.1.json and ReleaseNotes-1.6.1.md are the frozen prepublication
record. Exact-tag consumption is verified separately after publication. The
