Now provides separate firmware for PAL and NTSC. Only the default interrupt rate differs (50 Hz vs 60 Hz).
This is in line with information from the Apple II Technical Notes, suggesting Apple II Mouse Cards were shipped with a default interrupt rate matching the local region's video standard. (The card does support a command to switch the frequency, however, software never/rarely uses this - which now makes sense, considering the cards were already shipped with a proper default).
