v3.3.2: Minor FTP improvement
Improvements
- Extends FTP access to allow writing up to 256 volumes on FAT SD cards - to support writing the custom Apple /// (and Apple][) boot menu file (VOLA3.po / VOLA2.po).
- Release as baseline for the version as demonstrated at CC2023 (Classic Computing 2023, Frankfurt, Germany, Sep 29th/Oct 1st 2023).
